I Don't Work From 9 to 5. I Work From Start To Finish.

Gail's professionalism and attention to detail, including the following of all COVID 19 protocols, made selling our home seamless. Her guidance throughout the process was especially appreciated!

Gail was great!! Her knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism and communication to all parties were invaluable in the of sale of our home. She listened, guided and made recommendations throughout the process. Gail was especially careful in following all COVID protocols. Thanks Gail!

Gail did an awesome job in reading the current market, then selecting an attractive price for a property which does not have many comparables. Gail suggested several areas to prepare the property for optimum showing. Early signage was posted. COVID precautions were an important point in preparation for viewing. She marketed the property on Facebook, MLS, and with her existing clients. Now the good part. She had garnered huge interest, then she and her team ensured the flood of prospective buyers had an opportunity to view the property. Offers were collected and reviewed per the listing timelines. The property was sold over list with a closing date we are very happy with. I will never buy or sell a property without Gail as my Real Estate representative.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Gail Scheepers was absolutely fabulous with helping sell our home. I can’t say enough. Gail was supportive, patient, not pushy, professional, and overall great to work with. When we hit a hiccup, she was right there to talk it over and come to a resolution. Gail guided us the whole way and when we were ready, she immediately helped organize the cleaners, the stager, photographer, work with us on the price, complete the write up and get it listed. I still have difficulty believing how quickly she made things happen and when she said “trust me on this” we did, and it paid off as she was able to get us way over asking! We really did feel part of a team. Great job Gail. Thank you!

Gail is simply amazing! She took us through both the selling and buying process, answering all of our questions along the way. She is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We had been meeting with a number of realtors before making our decision to sell our home. Gail Scheepers was the first one who came to us fully prepared to deal with our questions and the property we wanted to sell. Gail looked at all the features of our house inside and outside and evaluated all upgrades and work done around the property before coming up with a dollar figure. We were very impressed. Our house sold at the listed price within 24 hours. We recommend Gail to Sellers and Buyers. Her personality, knowledge and timely communications according to our experience are, bar none.

This was our second time using Gail as our agent to buy/sale our house. She is amazing, always ready to spend time on the phone or in person helping us to achieve the outcome that we wanted. A very pleasant and caring lady who works hard to get you the results that you want, even though she may be going through a rough time herself. Call her and experience for yourself just what we mean.

As the real estate business can be a frustrating, and potentially debilitating experience for folks, it is important to voice when there are realtors that can be trusted and make the stressful process feel secure and enjoyable. My partner and I were not interested buying another home, as we were completely content where we were with plans of upgrading with renovations in the long term. We purchased our house three years ago, with a plan. However, out of the blue, we saw a listing that changed everything. Through a referral from a trusted friend, we met Gail to view the home that caught our eye. Through a unforeseeable circumstance we fell in love with the house we viewed and began our journey to achieving our dream! Gail imminently made us feel comfortable, and spoke to us as she would her own family. She validated our concerns and provided informative knowledge, with her years of experience. She readily was on call to answer our many questions and guided us through the many decision that were ahead. Gail and Judy went above and beyond to list our home and get it on the market in a very short time frame. We managed to be able purchase our dream home with their recommendations at lower then asking price, and felt confident in their abilities quickly to work in our best interest. Besides sharing many laughs, we were always calmed by the team duo’s effortless ability to provide excellent services. Gail and Judy got down to business and their work ethic stretched 24 hours a day. It was beyond anything we would expect. We appreciated their honest, to the point advice, while also maintaining ethical professionalism and kindness. Gail stated to us on day that we met, she believed her clients “should be treated like family” and that is exactly what we experienced. From helping us land the dream home to finalizing a firm, closing sale of our house in under 10 days, the impossible was accomplished. We cannot thank Gail and Judy enough. Despite the unfortunate health pandemic that has occurred in the later days of March 2020, our goals were reached. We were not only under pressure for time, as selling and buying a home at once can be a risk but also pressure for everyone’s health to move quickly. We are grateful for their detailed assistance throughout the whole endeavour and would highly recommend folks to give them a call! Matt and Jessica

We recently flew into the GTA from Manitoba for an extended weekend to buy a home. We had some very demanding time lines and arrived in a very challenging market to get a home purchased at a reasonable price. This was compounded by the short duration of our trip, adding extra pressure to all of us. Gail and Judy both helped ensure we saw many homes and acted timely on any homes that peaked our interest. They both were involved in a significant amount of daily travel and worked late to ensure we were successful and our needs were met. The end result was a beautiful home for the right price, in the right neighborhood that suited our family. While we hope to not be moving any time soon, we are certainly going to be giving our recommendations to any family and friends that are considering moving to or from the Eastern GTA. Thanks again Gail and Judy!

Well, I fired three other agents prior to hiring Judy and Gail. My first open house we had 14 groups come through in one two hour period. That was 14 more than the whole year previous. I sold both homes through Gail and Judy and was very happy. I can now move forward...

Gail worked quickly and efficiently to sell my home and find me a new one. Selling my home, she had a plan, she followed it and achieved predicted results in four days. When it came to buying a new house, she didn't waste my time showing me things I wasn't interested in. She knows the region, and continuously monitors the market, ready to pounce on new listings. I would be using Gail for future transactions and suggest she got to the top of your short list also

Gail was extremely informative, personable and efficient with my purchase of my new home. She always made time to speak with myself about any issues during the buying process. I felt I could trust her right from the start. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Gail is one of the hardest workers I know. She does nothing short of getting the job done. She is amazing!!

I recently sold my home with Gail's services, it went very smoothly. Gail also helped me purchase another home but due to the market conditions it was much more difficult. With her expertise and patience she worked tirelessly on my behalf and we eventually found one that is very suitable for me. When Gail says she doesn't work from 9 to 5, she works from start to finish, she really means it. I would definitely recommend her services and I will use her again in the future if I decide to move again.

Gail went above and beyond on all aspects of the sale. She worked hard to showcase and promote my home and did not give up until I was satisfied with the results. Highly recommended.

My wife and I met Gail in 2011 at an open house.. Instantly felt a bond. She helped us relocate from Toronto to Bowmanville, finding us a the perfect home. Recently, we decided to sell and downsize to a condo. We didn't think twice about calling Gail to help us. Help us she did !!!! Found us the perfect home and was instrumental in selling our current home promptly at a great price. If you are looking for a home or selling your current residence, don't hesitate to call Gail Scheepers....

Gail is a "real" person who will offer you advice and give you different perspectives as you go through the process of buying or selling, and she will speak honestly. She will listen to what it is you need or want and try very very hard to make that happen! You will not feel intimidated or pressured in any way with Gail, which was very important to me. And with all of her years in this area - she knows how to connect you with other people you may need - whether it be movers, or mortgage people . . just ask. It's nice to have faith in someone's abilities and knowledge, and to be able to trust them. Gail will not force a square peg into a round hole just to make the sale . . and never makes you feel like a bother, she just wants you to be happy in the end!!

We were extremely pleased the job that Gail Scheepers did for us acting as our agent. Gail's methodical approach to selling properties is very impressive. Gail has her fingers on the pulse of current market conditions giving buyers and sellers realistic expectations. Straightforward, honest, and reliable, Gail is our first choice in representing us when buying or selling and would strongly recommend her to others.

I would like to once again thank Gail Scheepers for all of her expertise and total patience in helping my husband and I to sell our home. And also for helping us to find and purchase our new home. She is deffinently a woman of true character that stands behind her word. I really feel that we have gained a true friend that has our back. She truely does work all hours of the day and night to ensure her clients are looked after no matter what is going on in her life. She puts her clients first. I recommend her to everyone that mentions that they are looking to buy or sell their home or property. We will be seeking her to look after our next housing endeavors. We wish her all the best in her career. And personal life.

I highly recommend Gail to anyone...She is a great person and a great sales person. She sold my house and helped me buy another. Very professional and I owe her a lot. If I am gonna sell my home and get another I hope she is still in the business cause I would call her....

My son just purchased his first home for which Gail was both the listing and selling agent. Gail was like a second mother to him, making sure that he understood everything and answered all of his questions with complete honesty. Gail was knowledgeable and provided great advice. I would definitely recommend Gail to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Professional, polished, prompt and personal. Extremely pleased with Gail’s commitment and expertise. I loved being your client and highly recommend you to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you.

Just want to thank our great Realtor, Gail Scheepers, for such a wonderful job selling our house for us and on helping us get into our new house. Thank you for going above and beyond and making this transition as easy as possible. I would recommend her to anyone not only for her knowledge but for her kind and generous nature. Thanks again, Gail!

Gail is one of the very few sharks serving the real estate markets. In the past year we have done a fair bit of business and I can tell you she’s a very efficient agent. Many thanks Gail, Cheers to much future business to come. Justin R.

Gail sold two of our houses and helped us purchase our forever home in under 6 months. She is honest and really goes to bat to get the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is wonderful to work with. Could not be more pleased with her services!
